Different practices suit different individuals, so depending on who you are, you will have the opportunity to learn practices tailored to your needs.

Private Lessons are consultations focused on actively teaching and learning practices of meditation, qigong, and/or martial arts.

There are many styles and systems of meditation, qigong, and martial arts. What’s important is finding what works for you and your goals.

  • Practice of stillness meditation is the most important foundation for the internal arts.

    There are many types of meditation that will suit different individuals differently, and have different intended outcomes. We’ll start by talking about your goals and finding the right type of meditation for you to begin with.

    “Nei Gong” means “Internal Skills” and generally refers to many various meditation practices and techniques.

    Some of these are considered “Internal Alchemy” practices, known as “Nei Dan”. We will discuss these practices and their potential relevance to you.
