Private Lessons are consultations focused on actively teaching and learning practices of meditation, qigong, and/or martial arts.

Practice of stillness meditation is the most important foundation for the internal arts.
There are many types of meditation that will suit different individuals differently, and have different intended outcomes. We’ll start by talking about your goals and finding the right type of meditation for you to begin with.
“Nei Gong” means “Internal Skills” and generally refers to many various meditation practices and techniques.
Some of these are considered “Internal Alchemy” practices, known as “Nei Dan”. We will discuss these practices and their potential relevance to you.
